I began my career in sports management in 2015 with Derin Nefes Management and One&Box Sports Agency. In 2016, I became a FIBA-certified agent. Currently based in San Diego, California, I work with both male and female basketball players, helping them plan and build their careers. Through my strong connections with universities in the U.S., I bridge athletes with professional teams across Europe, Asia, and South America. My goal is to guide each player toward the best opportunities to reach their full potential.
Ozan Akyildiz
With 18 years of experience as a professional basketball player, I transitioned into player representation and became a FIBA-certified agent (Licence No: 202500257), founding Oz Sports Agency. Based in both the U.S. and Europe, I represent talented athletes at various stages of their careers — from NCAA prospects to experienced professionals. My agency focuses on creating personalized career strategies, leveraging a strong global network to connect players with the right teams across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. My mission is to guide athletes with full transparency and provide all-around support to help them reach their highest level of success on and off the court.
